his safety. i spoke to max's mom who says she's overwhelmed and trying to do all she can to find her son. she says this is the longest he's ever left home before... and she says he wouldn't leave without his medication. she's been handing out flyers all over smith river, the last place she thinks her son went. she says he mentioned wanting to go to the lucky 7 casino-- which is about 10 miles from brookings where they live, for free slots on st patrick's day-- at ten on saturday night when she went to bed, max was still home. she says she realized something was off sunday when she saw his medicine had sat untouched all day. andrea greenfield says, "he doesn't drive, he doesn't have a car, it's completely out of character for him to disappear and neither me or my daughter has heard from him. the best we've heard is he was down at the casino and he had messaged a friend and he was going to walk over and see her and he never showed up." max's mom says the casino is reviewing video from saturday night to confirm if max was even there. she says she filed a missing persons report tuesday evening. max is described as 6 feet tall with green eyes and brown hair. he has a tattoo of a key on his right arm if you have any information about where max could be, call the curry county sheriff's office.
