You might want to check those burgers and steaks you were planning to grill for Memorial Day.

The USDA is recalling more than 62,000 lbs. of beef due to E. coli concerns. More than 40 products involved, including short ribs, brisket and ribeye's that have been shipped across the country.

The beef was packaged at the Aurora Packing Company in Illinois, where they were packed on April 19, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS).

The items affected have the establishment number, "EST. 788" with the USDA inspection mark.

The contaminated meat was discovered during random sample testing by the FSIS. If you have any of these beef products you need to throw them away or return them.

The USDA says they have not seen any reported cases of illness related to the recall.
