eliana sheriff says, "deputies say diane told them her motivation to leave home and commute over 11 miles round trip with .55 blood alcohol content was to get some fast food.they say during her reckless commute she almost struck two pedestrians and now they're trying to figure out who those people are." deputies say they got a call from a man who witnessed diane's reckless driving around 9:37 this morning. he says he saw her almost hit two pedestrians and wasnt the only one to call in the bizzare driving sgt. driveway and was driving into a ditch and then backing into garbage cans." officers say wilcox's blood alcohol content was almost 7 times the legal limit. they say she was cited and released at the hospital because she was too intoxicated to go to jail she will have a future court date. i talked to a woman near the taco bell that diane drove to this morning down on that, so many people don't think about the consequences of their actions, they just repeatedly do things, i think that's why the law has to get down on people like that, deputies say the couple that almost got hit is described as an older couple wearing dark clothing and walking two medium-sized dogs sgt. julie denney says, "we'd like to talk to the people that were almost hit, they're victims and witnesses in this case." in medford eliana sheriff newswatch 12. we have
