region. temperatures will be warmer tomorrow afternoon with many areas climbing into the 90s, especially, in our westside valleys. winds won't be as gusty later in the day. extended: above a thunderstorm in the cascades near crater and diamond lakes monday into tuesday. temperatures remain above average into next week with smoky skies and overall poor to bad air quality. later in the week, we're disperse more smoke. that could in turn help bring a break to some of the really bad air quality. it's something we'll be watching closely in the coming days. an air quality alert remains in effect across southern and could be at unhealthy to hazardous levels. fire danger remains extreme and if any fires do spark, they could spread quickly. a good meal is a good way to bring friends and family together...
